Dear COPS Liaison,

My name is Leroy Ranel Jr. and I have taken the place of Ofc. Moller as the Southside Area COPS Coordinator.  I am from Louisiana where I worked for the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office as well as Shreveport Police Department.  I have been a police officer for 8 years and have worked in many different divisions. 

The Eighth Annual COPS Festival will be held at the Gwinnett County Civic Center located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway on October 4th at 5:00 pm.  This would be a great time to meet your Block Captains and other members of your community.  I encourage you to share information about the COPS Festival with them.  Upon arrival at the Festival, please ask one of the volunteer hosts to direct you to the District 2 table so that you can sign in.  We will present the COPS Program 2005 Master Community of the Year Award at 7:00pm.
